Publish only work you created or are licensed to distribute. Fan fiction, translations, and adaptations require the underlying rights holder’s permission unless an exception clearly applies in your jurisdiction.

Rights holders (or their agents) can report infringing works via Settings → Support with: the original work, the infringing URLs, contact details, and a good-faith statement. Valid reports lead to removal or access restriction of the reported work.

If your work was removed following a report you believe is mistaken, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details and consent to be contacted about the dispute. Abusing the reporting system can lead to account action.

Accounts with repeated, confirmed infringements will have publishing privileges restricted and may be permanently suspended, including forfeiture of pending earnings tied to infringing works.

Do not use third-party trademarks, logos, or a real person’s name or likeness in a way that suggests endorsement or misleads readers. Parody and commentary should be clearly identifiable as such.

Never publish someone else’s private information — addresses, contact details, financial data, or intimate images — in stories, posts, or comments. Such content is removed on sight.

We review court orders and valid legal process, and disclose account data only as required by applicable law. Where permitted, we notify affected users of such requests.
